US Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the Redbelt AI Privacy Policy and applies to US residents where state privacy laws may require additional disclosures. Redbelt AI is a small, B2B provider operating in the United States and, at this time, does not meet applicability thresholds for state consumer privacy laws (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado). We provide this summary for transparency and to outline our practices if/when those laws apply to us in the future.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, organization, account ID, IP address.
  • Commercial/billing info: invoice status and payment metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Internet/usage activity: log data, device/browser details, feature usage, timestamps.
  • In-product content: files, prompts, and other Customer Data you submit (to operate stateful features).

  • You (account setup, uploads, support communications)
  • Your organization (enterprise provisioning via WorkOS)
  • Automatic collection (logs, cookies, device/browser)

Purposes of use

Provide and secure the Service; operate stateful functionality; troubleshoot and improve; billing and accounting; prevent fraud/abuse; comply with law.

Disclosures

We disclose personal information to service providers/subprocessors that help us run the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, payments, model providers). See our current list: https://redbelt.ai/legal/subprocessors.

  • No sale/share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • No targeted advertising processing.
  • No use of sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Retention

See our Privacy Policy for details (e.g., ~30-day logs; user-deletable files/chats; 30-day export window after account closure). We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements.

Your privacy rights (when applicable)

If and when a state privacy law applies to Redbelt AI and to you as a resident of that state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information, and to appeal a denied request.

  • How to submit: email support@redbelt.ai with subject "Privacy Request."
  • Verification: we may request information to confirm identity/authority.
  • Timing: we aim to respond within 30–45 days, extendable where permitted.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising available privacy rights.
