SMS Terms

Redbelt AI LLC offers an optional SMS program for US users who enroll their own mobile numbers in Redbelt. Messages include reminders, workflow updates, and internal alerts requested through Redbelt. Messages may contain AI-generated content. This program does not include promotional messages or two-way AI conversations.

Enrollment and Consent

Enter your own US mobile number, review the sending number and disclosure, select the optional SMS consent checkbox, and choose “Enroll My Phone” in the Twilio plugin. Installing a plugin, connecting a Twilio account, or accepting general service terms does not enroll you in SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Redbelt. Do not enroll another person’s number.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies with the reminders, workflows, and alerts you request. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; do not rely on this program for emergencies.

Unsubscribe and Help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe, or use “Unsubscribe” in the Twilio plugin. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, and messages already in transit may still arrive. For help, reply HELP or contact support@redbelt.ai.

After replying STOP, text START to the sending number to remove the carrier block, then enroll again in the plugin. START alone does not enroll you in recurring Redbelt messages. Let us know if you lose access to or change your phone number. Ordinary replies are not routed to an AI agent by this program.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers, message information, consent records, and opt-out requests. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely as needed to operate and deliver this SMS program.
